Click on the Start icon
In search field type regedit (enter)
Export a copy of the registry to your desktop just in case
navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\
policies\Microsoft\safer\codeidentifires\
There should be two entries
Default REG_SZ (value not set)
authenticodeenabled REG_DWORD 0x00000000 (0)
Delete any other entries
Reboot Computer
Update and run your anti-Virus and anti-Malware software
You should be good to go.
